How It works:
At 5:30 take your ticket to one of the two serving lines
( located at 6th and Detroit and 6th and Boston ), get your plate and sides.
Then proceed to any of the competitor booths and get your steak. Eat, and Enjoy !

10 a.m. Smolen Smolen & Roytman Firefighters Challenge
12:30 p.m. Appetizer sampling begins ( they work for tips)
1 p.m. Music begins on Main Stage
4 p.m. Appetizer sampling ends
5:30 p.m. Serving lines open
7 p.m. Awards
The OCSC is proud to announce the
Smolen, Smolen & Roytman ”Firehouse Challenge”
Four teams of Tulsa firefighters will battle the grill to see who can cook the best steak. This fun new competition will take place in the main stage area starting at 10 a.m.
Music starts at 1p.m. featuring the Duo Sonics, Eicher and Brunner and the Jambalaya Jass Band
